![]() ![]() Really nice software and much of our recording equipment is made by Black Magic. We use the free version of black magic's Davinci Resolve. This quickly becomes a problem if you have enough files. One issue we found was with versioning turned on edits to metadata caused a 1.9GB file to use up exponentially more storage - literally adding just one keyword would cause a 1.9GB file to use up almost 4GB of storage. I have notifications set up so that I'm informed when the status of an entry changes but it would be better with Power Automate (but our organisation don't trust us with power Automate) I then move the file to the comms site, update the url with the new url and change the status to complete.ĭoing this way, the reviewers can filter the list by "awaiting review" and see what is waiting for them and I can filter the list by awaiting edits and see what I need to edit. Just click once to place the asset exactly where you want it. The Library window will automatically minimize and your cursor will allow you to place the asset. Select the appropriate level and the asset you want to place by clicking on it. The reviewer then signs off with "That's great, please publish" and changes status to awaiting publishing. The easiest way to add an asset in Revit is to place it in a floor plan view. ![]() I will then make the edits and Change it to awaiting review. the reviewers add comments to each entry such as "remove swearing from 1:12 to 1:32" and will change the status to awaiting edits. And a column for status: awaiting recording awaiting edits awaiting review awaiting publishing complete. The method we use (almost identical use case for editing videos) I have a MS list called "multimedia projects" each entry has columns for information about the project including who the reviewer is, date recorded, date first cut complete, file url, date published, etc. If there are any questions if a link would be considered spam, please use modmail prior to posting.
